- Greeting drivers at start of shift, handing out keys and paperwork, checking details
- Transport industry experience is essential
- Tracking vehicles en-route, reporting any delays, time changes or problems to senior staff.
- Talking to drivers en route and checking load description
- Route planning and adjusting
- De-brief at the end of shift, take back keys and paperwork.
- Driver and vehicle management
- Answer any driver queries
- Download driver digicard
- Other duties as required
- Infringement management
- Data entry
Required:
- Transport industry (or similar) experience is essential
- Ability to work a 3-shift system (mornings/afternoons/nights)
- Solid work history
- Excellent work ethic
- Flexible attitude
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Word/Excel) – ESSENTIAL
- Own method of transport is essential or you must live locally
