We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our Aspire Team in Middlesbrough, focusing on supporting and safeguarding vulnerable young people. This role is ideal for someone passionate about using a whole family approach to help families keep young people at home, support them in overcoming trauma, and break free from crime to reach their full potential.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Engage in creative assessment and planning with young people and their families.
- Understand the complexities and risks faced by vulnerable young people.
- Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to provide a specialist offer of support.
- Utilise group mentoring and clinical supervision to support both the professional and the children under their care.
- Be resilient in a demanding role that will challenge your thinking and push your creativity to transform children’s lives.
