Outbound Telesales – Work From Home\\nFull time – Permanent – No weekends\\n£24.5k base salary and OTE of £30.5-33k \\nFully Remote – equipment provided\\n37.5 hours a week – 10.30am – 7pm – Monday – Friday \\n\\nOutbound Telesales role summary:\\nYou will be making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.\\n\\nKey responsibilities:\\n\\nMake 150/200 calls a day on an automated dialler.\\nBuild rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs.\\nAchieve targets of 7-10 sales a day (90% of the existing team do hit their targets).\\nEnsure you are meeting compliance expectations with every process.Required skills and experience:\\n\\nMinimum of 1 year Call Centre, Retail sales, Customer Service, Telesales or Field sales experience will be considered.\\nYou will need a quiet place to work at home.\\nBe comfortable with remote working.\\nThe desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.Benefits:\\n\\nExcellent induction telesales training and continued development throughout your career.\\nIncentives – win some great prizes.\\nDiscounted products.\\nAll equipment is provided.\\nWorking term time only\\nNo weekend work and only occasionally on bank holidays, the latest you will be expected to work to is 19.00
