Litigation Paralegal
A leading US Law Firm is seeking to hire a Litigation Paralegal on an initial 6-month fixed term contract. This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of London’s most highly regarded teams and market leaders, during an exciting time of firm-wide growth.
- Salary to £48,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)

Litigation Paralegal Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and arbitration proceedings.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents including claim forms, particulars of claim, defences and similar arbitration documents.
- Conduct legal research on case law, statutes, and precedents relevant to litigation and arbitration matters.
- Assist in managing the disclosure process, including document review, drafting disclosure requests and responses, and organising documents for production.
- Attend trials, hearings, and arbitration proceedings to take notes and provide real-time support.
Litigation Paralegal Skills & Requirements:
- Law Degree and / or LPC / SQE
- Ideally at least 1 year of experience as a paralegal, ideally with a focus on litigation and/or arbitration.
- Strong understanding of commercial litigation and arbitration procedures, legal research tools, and disclosure processes.
