We are seeking a dynamic and driven Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Nottingham. As a Commercial Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in matching top talent with businesses across various industries.
With the support of our branch back office team you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and building strong relationships with clients to meet their hiring needs.
Previous experience in recruitment sales and growing a warm perm desk is essential.
Benefits
– Industry-leading basic salary package (£30,000-£35,000 basic)
– Comprehensive bonus structure (Potential to earn additional £10,000-£15,000 on top of basic)

Key Responsibilities
– Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and advising them on talent solutions.
– Candidate Sourcing: Use various methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source candidates across multiple industries.
– End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment cycle from job briefings with clients to final placement, including candidate screening, interviews, and negotiating offers.
– Database Management: Maintain and update a detailed database of candidates and clients, ensuring information is accurate and organised.
– Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, offering guidance and feedback.
– Business Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities, manage existing client accounts, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
– Meeting Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment targets, focusing on both client/candidate satisfaction and revenue generation.
Key Skills and Qualifications
– Proven 2 years+ experience in a Commercial Recruitment Consultant role, able to evidence examples of new business wins.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to build and maintain lasting client and candidate relationships.
– Proficiency in using recruitment software and job boards.
– Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
– A positive and resilient attitude with a passion for helping people find their next career opportunity.
– Full clean drivinglicence in order to attend client visits is essential.
