In this dynamic position, you will provide vital operational support across the Grwp, ensuring the effective management of HE processes, adherence to regulatory standards, and coordination of HE initiatives. You\’ll be responsible for data returns, programme validations, and quality assurance while driving student engagement through initiatives like student panels, induction processes, and feedback mechanisms. Your efforts will ensure that HE activities are compliant, efficient, and aligned with both internal and external expectations.

Ideal candidates will have experience in HE administration, compliance, and student engagement, along with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. You will be a key point of contact for HE partners and regulatory bodies, and you\’ll support the development of HE student resources and marketing activities. A commitment to professional development and the Welsh language is essential.

Working Hours – 37 hours per week

Pension Provider – Local Government Pension Scheme

Holiday entitlement –

28 days leave per annum, rising to 32 days after 5 full holiday years continuous service (01 September to 31 August).

All normally observed public holidays, determined annually.

Up to 5 days efficiency closure days per annum, determined annually
