We have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and driven Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our client, who are committed to providing exceptional care for men and women with mental illness and personality disorders.
Within a 96-bedded forensic hospital offering medium, low, and open rehabilitation settings. We are looking for someone passionate about making a real difference in the lives of our patients.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide excellent care to patients with mental health needs.
- Deliver patient-centred care in a 24-hour setting.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medication and monitor patient progress.
- Support patient recovery through evidence-based practices.
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
- Participate in professional development and training.
Requirements:
- Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
- Experience in mental health nursing or related fields.
- Flexibility in working various shifts (including weekends, nights).
