Utilizing a state-of-the-art platform and a robust, high-performance network, they deliver seamless access to cloud, connectivity, and computing services. They are currently seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to join their dynamic and expanding team.
Head of Growth Marketing
Edinburgh – hybrid role with 2 days per week working from home.
£80-90K, plus bonus and excellent benefits package.
To be successful in this role:
As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will have substantial experience in the marketing profession and within the technology sector working with either Data Centres or Digital Infrastructure, along with proven experience leading successful, demanding, and impactful campaigns. You will bring strong industry knowledge and creative flare to shape and influence impactful solutions and strategy for the organisation. Other requirements for this role include:
Bachelors degree in marketing, or qualified by substantial experience within the field
Experience within Data Centres or Digital Architecture
Expertise building positive and productive relationships with sales teams
Expertise in lead generation
Demonstrable Marketing Leadership and people management experience
Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot)
Strong influencing and relationship building skills
Job role and responsibilities:
As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will have the opportunity to make a material difference to the success of the business. Your primary purpose will be to develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies focused on increasing client acquisition, client expansion, EBITDA and market share performance. You will lead a dynamic marketing team, collaborating cross-functionally and utilising external networks to gather insight and drive data-driven campaigns across various channels, increasing demand and demonstrating the ROI. Other key responsibilities for this role include:
Growth Strategy:
Lead the development and implementation of cross functional growth marketing strategies, driving business growth and revenue, through cross functional collaboration with executive and senior leaders, ensure alignment to and the achievement of commercial objectives
Oversee the creation of performance marketing campaigns driving net new client acquisition and client expansion, using ABM, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, content and social media marketing
Lead the development of a Brand strategy for the business to craft a unique position for business that is compelling and distinctive within the sector
Oversee the creation of a core creative strategy that supports the brand and maintains brand integrity across channels
Deliver incremental improvements in brand preference and salience
Oversee increased collaboration between marketing and business groups; strategize with operational leadership to enhance alignment between teams, regions, and business functions
Go To Market (GTM) Strategy:
Analyse market research and your external network to identify emerging trends, competitive analysis, and growth opportunities
Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure market fit and client-centric products
Lead the creation of our GTM strategy in conjunction with Sales, Product, Operations and Finance team members
Lead product positioning, launch strategies, and market entry planning in conjunction with product, sales and commercial teams
Define and manage the product lifecycle marketing roadmap
Marketing Performance Impact Lead:
Oversee the creation of performance metrics based on marketing data analytics to drive decision making, multi-channel performance, media optimisation and reporting
Establish A/B and incremental testing to optimise new channels and grow existing ones
Lead the communication of marketing activity, insights and success across the business
Oversee the management, planning and reporting of resources
Team Leadership:
Lead a small team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, driving high performance and continuous improvement
Advocate for client-centric thinking within marketing and across wider business stakeholders
Coach and support your team through regular 1:1s, reviews and development initiatives
