Job Title: Paid Media Marketer
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE

Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Campaigns: Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta etc.
• Targeting & Segmentation: A/B testing, and funnel optimization to maximize ROAS and improve conversion rates.
• Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets, making real-time adjustments based on performance insights.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyse campaign performance, prepare detailed reports.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging trends in digital marketing, new ad formats, and platform changes to keep strategies competitive and fresh.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in paid media marketing with proven campaign results.
• Skills: Proficient in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok; familiar with analytics tools and data optimization.
• Certifications: Google Ads, etc.
• Soft Skills: Strong communicator, analytical, adaptable.
