Bartender

We have an exciting opportunity for aBartenderto join our team at Piano Bar. This is a full-time, permanent position, requiring availability for 4 days a week, Tuesday through Saturday, with 10-hour shifts.

As aBartender you should have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and possess expertise in preparing a variety of beverages. The Bartender will be responsible for maintaining the bar area, crafting delicious drinks, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

This is an amazing opportunity to join a dynamic team, providing an efficient and courteous food and beverage service to guests:

• Craft and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and specialty drinks, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation.

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, making recommendations, and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in the bar area.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, including equipment and glassware. Monitor and restock inventory, ensuring the bar is fully equipped for service and reporting shortages to management.

• Comply with all health, safety, and licensing regulations, including proper handling of alcohol, ensuring responsible service, and following hygiene practices in line with hotel policies.
