Role Overview:
Join our clients Clinical Negligence team based in South Liverpool, as a motivated and ambitious Clinical Negligence Solicitor. You\’ll manage a challenging yet rewarding caseload of claimant clinical negligence work, representing healthcare clients and delivering optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload including Birth & Head Injuries, Paediatric & Orthopaedic Negligence, Surgical errors, Cancer Misdiagnosis, Cerebral Palsy Matters, Dental Negligence, etc.
• Provide proactive client care with a sensitive understanding of client needs.
• Take ownership of all aspects of clinical negligence work, offering technical expertise and guidance to team members when required.
• Handle cases at various stages, including those issued at court, demonstrating proficiency in Civil Procedure Rules and protocols.
• Conduct client meetings, prepare cases, and manage correspondence with accuracy.
• Maintain meticulous time costing procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years PQE in Clinical Negligence.
• Proven track record handling complex, high-value cases.
• Strong knowledge of clinical negligence law and litigation procedures.
• Excellent research, communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently while ensuring high-quality legal services.
