Responsibilities to be a Teaching Assistant:
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Preparing teaching materials as directed by the class teacher
- Working with small groups or one-to-one in the classroom
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Represent Teachers Together with professionalism and integrity at all times
- Provide constructive feedback as required
Requirements to be a Teaching Assistant via Teachers Together:
- Proof of any relevant experience
- 5 years worth of references
- A current enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service (if not currently held, Teachers Together will introduce you to a partner that will be able to help)
