We are currently looking for an experienced Credit Controller to work in our busy Finance department based at our Swindon Head Office.
The Position:
- As a Credit Controller you will provide day to day administrative support to the Senior Credit Controller & Finance Director.
- Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Day to day contact with customers regarding outstanding debt
- Manage Credit Control Ledgers for various Depots
- Produce weekly reports for presentation to the Senior Credit Controller/FD
- Ensure customers computerised records are up to date at all times
- Liaise with other members of staff regarding account issues
- Ensure debtors are kept to a minimum
The Person:
- Have previous Credit Control experience
- Be proficient in MS Excel
- Have the ability to build strong working relationships with customers
- Show professional communication skills both written and verbally
- Have the ability to consistently produce accurate work
