Mechanical Construction Manager Up to £70k?? Location: Heathrow Airport

Our client, a leading MEP contractor with a strong pipeline of secured projects, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join their team. With exciting new contracts at Heathrow Airport, this role offers the chance to work on a variety of new build, refurbishment, and maintenance projects within the airport environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee mechanical construction activities across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team.
• Ensure timely delivery of work while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Manage installations of LTHW (Low-Temperature Hot Water) & CHW (Chilled Water) systems.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience with an MEP contractor or main contractor in a mechanical management role.
• Strong understanding of LTHW & CHW systems.
• Trades background preferred, with a hands-on approach to site management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
