Location: NHS Trust South East (Remote Working available after initial site visit)
Salary: £43,742 Per Annum
Contract Type: Fixed Term / Permanent (24 Months)

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Development & Innovation Integration Analyst to join an NHS Trust based in the South East. This role is part of a pioneering Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme, designed to transform digital healthcare services across Acute, Mental Health, and Community care settings.

As part of the Digital Services Nova Programme, you will play a key role in the design, development, and integration of clinical applications and services, ensuring seamless digital interoperability to enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and integration of digital healthcare applications.
• Work with Trust Integration Engines (TIEs) using HL7, FHIR, and SQL databases.
• Assist in the transformation and consolidation of multiple systems into a single EPR.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to develop innovative digital solutions.
• Respond to technical support issues, ensuring minimal disruption to critical services.
• Provide technical input and guidance to third-party suppliers and NHS stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of integration service processes and best practices.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled professional with:

• Experience in healthcare IT, system integration, and digital development.
• Strong technical knowledge of HL7, FHIR, SQL, and cloud-based EPRs.
• Ability to communicate complex digital solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced NHS environments.
