I have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning housebuilder on a permanent basis, based on a large, long-term scheme in Cambridge.

The company has been around for approximately 20 years, and during this time they have evolved into one of the leading housebuilders in the country, with regional offices across the South East of England.

Their developments range from large family homes and luxury houses for growing families to city centre apartments. They are quality-focused and are recognized as one of the leading, most trusted providers of quality homes throughout the UK.

They are an extremely busy business with a lot of work currently ongoing, and much more in the pipeline. They are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on a large, long-term residential scheme in Cambridge that comprises 270+ units in total.

Responsibilities:

  • Ideally Degree qualified
  • Extensive experience working for a reputable housebuilder
  • New build residential project experience is essential
  • Excellent all-round commercial skills
  • Able to commute to Cambridge on a daily basis
  • Full UK Drivers Licence
