?? Key Responsibilities:? Assess, plan, and implement care for individuals experiencing first-episode psychosis.? Deliver person-centred interventions in line with NICE guidelines.? Support individuals in recovery, promoting independence and relapse prevention.? Work within a multidisciplinary team, liaising with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals.? Conduct risk assessments and crisis management interventions.? Engage with families and carers to provide psychoeducation and support.
