The predicted salary is between 42750 - 44452 Β£ per year.

Β£42750-Β£44452 (inclusive of shift pay) plus bonus, life assurance

37.5 hours/week, Double Day Shifts, Mon-Fri. 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 6am-11.30am and 11.30am-5.00pm on Friday.

Are you an experienced CNC Programmer with experience or aptitude to lead a small team, looking for a challenging and varied permanent position? The role is working for a medical device manufacturer, so it’s a very clean precision manufacturing environment working double day shift Mon-Fri, with short hours on a Friday. This position will be split between team leading and hands-on CNC work.

The Role
  • Full time permanent position within medical device manufacturing
  • Leading a small team of 5, including appraisal, allocating jobs etc.
  • Hands-on work will be setting, operating and programming CNC machinery; working on metals, to within +/- 0.1mm, working on Citizen sliding heads, lathes, 3 and 5 axis machines using Fanuc and Heidehain controls.
The Person
  • Working experience in a machine shop manufacturing environment
  • Working experience of CNC setting, operating and programming ideally on 3/5 axis machines
  • Experience/aptitude to lead a team
  • Experience using micrometers and verniers
