Claims Manager A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a Claims Manager to lead their talented team of claims handlers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking practice that values collaboration, development, and innovation. The Role As a Claims Manager, you will: Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members to drive performance. Oversee claims processing, review and approve claims, and ensure compliance with service-level agreements. Conduct file reviews, supervise court document preparation, and perform internal and external audits. Manage team training needs, deliver presentations, and develop training materials. Participate in client reporting and make process improvement recommendations. Handle recruitment, staff reviews, and appraisals while fostering a motivated and cohesive team.The Ideal Candidate You will have: Previous experience in insurance claims processing, including at least one year in a supervisory role.
