So, what does an Assistant Manager at Hays Travel do in a day?
- Assistant Managers are integral to the effective day-to-day running of our branches. You will assist the branch manager in maximising sales and ensuring the profitability of the branch.
- Career development is key – you will assist in supervising and coaching your team.
- You will represent the branch in promotional events to increase the exposure; and use social media to promote offers, generate customer engagement and sales leads.?
