Job Description

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales liaison Assistant is available to join a sought after and very high-end Jewellery company in Central London

The HQ Sales Liaison team provides outstanding support to all their 4 global Regions, which includes the following missions: Daily product enquiries, special-order and VIP quotations, stock support for events and store openings. The Sales Liaison Assistant will have excellent organisational skills, great attention to detail, be a good communicator and will be working closely with a variety of teams including Retail, Merchandising, Production, Quality Control and Shipping.

Key responsibilities:

To support Sales Liaison team with all aftersales & administrative tasks including but not limited to:

  • Managing all retail repairs of jewellery and watches – responsible for end to end process including liaising between global sales teams & production repair team to
  • Provide quotes & lead times and full tracking to ensure due dates are met.
  • Managing special ordering of spare parts & watch straps – responsible for end to end process including liaising between global sales teams & production repair team to provide quotes & lead times and full tracking to ensure due dates are met.
  • Departmental documentation organizing and filing.
  • Arranging aftersales documentation as & when needed.
  • Monthly retail enquiries reporting by product category.
  • Additional ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

Skills:

  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Prioritization of own work load and ability to adapt to urgent requests.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Jewellery knowledge a plus, but not essential.
  • Strong excel and Microsoft office skills.
  • Deal with e-mail/telephone enquiries on a timely basis.
