This full-time, permanent role involves maintaining and caring for private domestic gardens, ensuring they remain beautiful and well-kept year-round.
The garden centre is award-winning and known for its exceptional service, thriving gardening department, and friendly, professional team. This role offers the chance to lead by example, supervising one other gardener while performing hands-on garden maintenance to the highest standard.
As a Garden Team Leader, you will:
- Provide high-quality garden care and maintenance for domestic properties in West London.
- Supervise and support a fellow gardener, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service, advising clients on best practices for their gardens.
- Work with precision and attention to detail to maintain gardens to a high standard
