£50 55k Plus £4,5k car allowance

Hybrid travel to site (head office in Surry/West Sussex)

Purpose

My client is looking for an experienced BMS engineer/ Project engineer to join theirConsulting Services/ designteam, delivering expert BMS solutions for critical environments, including enterprise and professional data centers. You will lead consultancy projects covering design, site engineering, commissioning, IST, compliance, and certification.

Key Responsibilities

• BMS Design & Management Develop system designs, upgrades, and optimizations (Tridium, Trend, Schneider, etc.).
• Commissioning & Testing Conduct site engineering, QA/QC, and witness commissioning.
• Support & Troubleshooting Provide technical escalation for planned/reactive maintenance and root cause analysis.
• Client Engagement Conduct technical presentations, audits, and consultancy workshops.
• Project Leadership Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, regulatory-compliant solutions.

What we\’reLooking For

• BTEC/HND or Engineering Degree (BSc, BEng, MEng) preferred.
• Experience with Tridium BMS or equivalent is essential.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and remote system connectivity is a plus.
• Strong technical problem-solving and project management skills.
• Data Centre or critical facility experience is advantageous.
