Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: Covering London & the M25 Area
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum, DOE

We specialise in the design, installation, service and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems for both residential and commercial clients.

We are now recruiting for a skilled, motivated and well organised Air Conditioning Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the installation, servicing and maintenance of air conditioning systems, including air source heat pumps for a wide range of clients across the London and M25 area.
This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment while providing excellent customer service to our growing client base.
In addition to this, as our Air Conditioning Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Installing, servicing and maintaining a variety of air conditioning systems (split systems, VRF/VRV, ducted systems, and air source heat pumps).
- Conducting site surveys and assessments to determine air conditioning system requirements.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults in air conditioning and air source heat pump systems.
- Ensuring all installations and repairs meet industry regulations, health and safety standards, and customer expectations.
- Providing advice and recommendations to clients on energy-efficient solutions and system optimizations.
- Completing job reports, service records, and documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service and communication.
- Managing tools, equipment, and van stock effectively and ensuring it is well-maintained.
- Assisting in stock management and ordering of parts as required.
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer with a strong understanding of installation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
- Relevant qualifications such as F-Gas certification, City & Guilds 2079, or equivalent.
- Able to work on own or as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Experience working with a wide range of air conditioning brands and systems.
It would be great if you had:
- Additional qualifications or experience with heating systems, refrigeration, or ventilation.
- Experience with inventory management or parts ordering.
Technical skills aside, we are looking for someone who demonstrates strong administrative and computer literacy skills to ensure accurate reporting and efficient job tracking.
