Finance Director

This is an opportunity to work with a worldwide recognized institution within a senior leadership capacity, alongside a highly skilled workforce from across the globe. The Finance Director will be responsible for the financial strategy within a business-critical position.

Key Duties of the Finance Director:

• Lead the transformation project for the finance division, implementing unprecedented change across an organization with over 30 million turnover and 150 staff.
• Manage business-as-usual finance for a complex organization and contribute to the local social and cultural economy as a major employer in the area.
• Play a critical role in the strategic development and management of the organization, responsible for financial management and organizational performance.
• Report to the Vice-Chancellor and be a key member of the University Executive Team Board.
• Handle complex organizations, demonstrating success in similar environments with multiple stakeholders, with proven change management, strategic, and operational leadership skills, ensuring high standards of financial rigor and performance.

Key Skills and Qualifications of the Finance Director:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CIPFA qualification
• Experience in a senior finance role
• Knowledge of complex organizational structures
