Term Time Teachers are seeking Special Needs Teaching Assistants who are interested in exploring the benefits of joining an agency. Key responsibilities as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant:
- Assisting students with emotional or behavioural difficulties, implementing suitable strategies to support their development.
- Collaborating with the class teacher to prepare materials and tailor lessons to meet the individual needs of students.
- Providing one-to-one or group support to students both in the classroom and throughout the school day.
- Tracking and documenting students' progress while offering feedback to the class teacher.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of students, and promoting their welfare.
Requirements:
- Hold the right to work in the UK.
- Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or be happy to apply.
- Relevant experience in the industry is advantageous but not essential.
- Be able to provide two references within the last 2 years.
