ACQUISITIONS MANAGER Are you a proactive and target-driven professional with a strong background in commercial property acquisitions? Our client is seeking a Property Acquisitions Manager to identify, evaluate, and secure high-potential freehold pubs across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing pub operator and be part of their future as they grow. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED: – Conduct market analysis and research to identify potential opportunities for freehold pub acquisitions. – Source and identify high-potential freehold pubs across the UK. – Negotiate and execute deals with favourable acquisition terms. – Ensure compliance and due diligence throughout the acquisition process. – Manage multiple acquisitions simultaneously. SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES: – Strong commercial property background, preferably MRICS. – Proven experience in property acquisitions, preferably within the pub, hospitality, or leisure sectors. – Strong knowledge of the UK property market, with expertise in freehold transactions. – Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of securing favourable acquisition terms. – Established network within the commercial property sector, especially in the pub industry, is highly desirable. – Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder management and reporting.
