As a Business Development Manager at Utility People, you will play a key role in driving growth within our Energy Recruitment division. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and expanding our presence within the Energy sector. Identifying potential clients and business opportunities to drive company growth Generating leads and securing new business opportunities Negotiating contracts and terms to maximise revenue and business success Attending industry events and conferences to promote our services and strengthen our brand presence Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the Energy, Recruitment, or related sectors Track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities Skilled in building and maintaining long-term client relationships Experience networking at industry events and conferences Role: Business Development Manager (Recruitment Energy/Utilities) Location: Remote – typically one day per week in our Newport Pagnell office/some UK travel Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE + bonus + benefits
