Your new role
Hays are excited to be working exclusively with a well know legal firm in Leeds City Centre, just a short walk from the train station. The role will be to support the Property Director with complex administration support, from coordinating projects, arranging meetings to invoicing clients.

Preparing and sending bills for property matters

Creating and proactively maintaining billing schedules and record keeping
-
Preparing project review reports ensures deadlines are met.

Liaising with third parties associated with the property billing process
-
Resolving queries within the team
-
Produce progress and compliance reports to partners and heads of department.

Ensure confidentiality is respected and maintained at all times
