Accredited Training Instructor in Grimsby

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accredited Training Instructor to deliver RTITB, IPAF, and PASMA training courses to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting engaging and compliant training sessions, assessing candidates, and ensuring the highest standards of instruction and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accredited training courses, including RTITB forklift training, IPAF (MEWPs) training, and PASMA mobile access tower training.

• Assess and certify candidates to industry and regulatory standards.

• Ensure all training is delivered in compliance with relevant awarding body requirements and company policies.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

• Conduct theoretical and practical assessments to ensure candidates meet competency requirements.

• Provide constructive feedback to trainees and support them in achieving certification.

• Maintain accurate training records and submit reports as required.

• Assist in the continuous development and improvement of training materials and delivery methods.

• Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous learning.

Essential Requirements:

• RTITB Instructor qualification (or equivalent).

• IPAF Instructor qualification.

• PASMA Instructor qualification.

• Experience delivering accredited training courses.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.

• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation.

• A full UK driving licence (for travel to client sites, if required).

Desirable:

• Additional instructor qualifications in related fields (e.g., manual handling, first aid, health & safety training).

• Experience working in industries such as construction, warehousing, transport, food processing, petrochemical and renewables.

• Assessor qualification (e.g., A1 or equivalent).
