About the Role:
We are currently seeking HCPC-registered Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our NHS clients across multiple locations, including Lancashire, Crewe, Lancaster, and Stafford. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced and newly qualified Occupational Therapists to apply their clinical expertise in assessment, rehabilitation, and patient-centered care across diverse healthcare settings. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with a variety of physical and functional impairments.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance patients mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and other allied health professionals.
- Provide education and advice to patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and ongoing care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with HCPC and organizational standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration(Essential).
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license (desirable for community-based roles).
