Description
- Manage and advise on complex transfer pricing issues within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
- Lead the engagement team and ensure the delivery of quality transfer pricing and economic ideas.
- Identify opportunities for transfer pricing and other special services.
- Stay abreast of current business and economic developments relevant to the client’s business.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive tax solutions.
- Functional and transfer pricing analysis of new intercompany transactions, provision of recommendations on transfer pricing approach to other tax team members.
Profile
- Proven experience in Transfer Pricing from Professional Services or Multinational businesses.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Practical experience of implementation of OECD guidelines, global transfer pricing rules in a commercial context.
- Ability to manage and meet deadlines.
- Sound knowledge of the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
