We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers for a service user in need.. As a healthcare professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Your expertise in medication administration and patient care will be essential in delivering exceptional healthcare services to those in need and will be compensated with high pay rates! DBS Check on the Update Service (one can be applied for upon application if you do not have one) ~ Proof of Mandatory Training (If none, free training will be provided as part of the compliance process) ~A minimum of 6 months\’ experience of being a carer/support worker in any community setting (domiciliary care, private own homes, supported living) Dedicated Bookings and Quality teams Regular supervisions both virtual and in person Personal development into more clinical packages of care that may include- Trachy, PEG, Airway Management, Diabetes management, Epilepsy etc. Weekly payroll Free training Refer-a-friend £200 cash bonus after a 6-month probationary period Long-term and short-term packages of care Full driving license and business insurance that allows client transport if possible Care and Management of Enteral Feeding experience Tracheostomy Care experience Stoma Care experience End-of-life Care experience Providing emotional support to individuals and their families. Providing practical support for individuals, such as helping with household tasks, personal care, taking to appointments. Supporting and monitoring their healthcare needs, including administering medication. Safeguarding individuals and reporting any concerns. Able to work on a rolling rota basis and being part of a team of core carers/support workers around the individual, working collaboratively with the management team.
