A bachelor’s degree in English or related field

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification

Proven experience as an English teacher in a primary/secondary school setting

Excellent knowledge of English language, literature, and grammar

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to inspire and motivate students

Familiarity with current teaching methods and curriculum standards

Valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one
