This precision engineering company based in Alton are looking for a Purchasing and Finance Controller. Responsible for the streamlining of the purchasing processes and supporting finance, this role will aid in shaping and refining the purchasing process. If you are detail focused, self-motivated, and looking for an opportunity to make a difference to the process within a growing organisation, then this could be the role for you. This position will initially be on a contract basis for 6 months.
Responsibilities of the Purchasing and Finance Controller
Purchasing Support create and manage purchase orders, liaising with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and tracking inventory levels.
Finance Support Processing invoices, expense tracking, and the support of some basic financial reporting.
Data Management Ensure the maintenance of the ERP system, with accurate records and regular updates for management.

Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to multi-task
Strong attention to detail.
Microsoft Office particularly word and excel
