Small Works M&E Project Manager – The Role
We are seeking a forward-thinking and innovative Small Works M&E Project Manager who is dedicated to delivering exceptional mechanical and plumbing projects across the region. With a commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction, we are looking to grow our team by hiring an experienced and driven M&E Project Manager.
As an Small Works M&E Project Manager, you will be instrumental in leading projects from start to finish. Working closely with diverse teams, you\’ll ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to the company\’s mission of providing outstanding M&E solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities;
Oversee and manage M&E projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality.
Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules, while keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
Work collaboratively with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
Enforce safety standards, creating a secure environment for all team members.
Optimize resource allocation, including materials, labour, and equipment, to maximize efficiency.
Identify and address project challenges, making adjustments as needed for successful outcomes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing updates and addressing concerns.
