Chartered Surveyor | North Cumbria & North Lake District | Full-time or Part-time | Starting salary of £40,000 per annum

Our client is an established and professional practice with a team of highly skilled chartered surveyors. They offer a comprehensive range of property-related consultancy and reporting services.

They are seeking an experienced Chartered Surveyor to join their team, offering the flexibility to work from home, the office, or a hybrid arrangement.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Experience surveying and preparing reports for residential properties
• Holds AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualifications
• Registered Valuer status is preferred, but not essential
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

What will your role look like?

• Conduct RICS Level 1 Condition survey reports, Level 2 Homebuyers survey reports and Level 3 Building Survey reports
• Provide professional advice and reports to private individuals and corporate clients, including banks, solicitors, and housing associations
• Work across North Cumbria and the North Lake District area
