Company Highly innovative PE Backed business in Swindon now seeks to appoint a suitably qualified Commercial Finance Manager. Reporting to the Finance Director, the role will help drive continuous improvements in reporting and decision making to support effective capital management. This role will operate cross functionally to deliver first-class management reporting and forecasting for the business. Role Supporting both the sales and marketing directorates, you will oversee the reporting on performance against Forecast, identifying key drivers and flagging any underlying opportunities/issues. Leading the exec on all financial and key non-financial commercial decisions, you will support the business for accelerated growth, giving confidence to the board on the quality of information at their disposal. Specific responsibilities include: Driving the forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning processes Liaison with the sales team on business cases and new business and provide support as and where required Reviewing and reporting business performance and providing subsequent information and analysis for presentation to C&D Suite – particularly sales and margin around product performance and ROI About You As a recently qualified Accountant, you will be a strong communicator and have the ability to prioritise and make trade-offs. Comfortable identifying opportunities for stretch performance and ensuring these are delivered, you will lead financial business partnering for group-wide production, ensuring high-quality financial analysis. Naturally, you will demonstrate an ability to influence at a senior level and collaborate well, managing multiple stakeholders.
