Your Role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor will include:

• Preparing cost estimates, contracts & bills of quantities
• Negotiating contracts & schedules for optimal project delivery
• Monitoring project costs & timelines to ensure efficiency
• Advising on legal, risk & dispute resolution matters
• Building strong client relationships
