Survey Coordinator Passive Fire Protection

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Are you an experienced Surveyor in the passive fire protection industry with excellent leadership skills? My client is a well-established passive fire protection company based in Bingham, and they are looking for a Survey Coordinator to join the growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Engage, coordinate, and manage a team to ensure efficiency and quality across all tasks.
- Survey Oversight: Take responsibility for overseeing the completion of fire protection surveys, ensuring they meet industry standards and client requirements.
- Report Management: Ensure all fire protection reports are accurate, complete, and up-to-date, complying with relevant regulations and internal standards.
- Quality Assurance: Review and approve reports to ensure compliance with regulations and the highest standards of accuracy.
- Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met and their fire protection requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
Requirements:
- Essential: Previous experience working in the passive fire protection industry, specifically in surveying roles.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and thorough knowledge of passive fire protection standards, regulations, and reporting.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
