Solution Design Engineer SC Clearance Required

We have a requirement for a Security Cleared UC Solution Design Specialist, responsibility will be to support as a technical specialist a Unified Communication and Collaboration project alongside a team and Solutions Architect. You will need experience of RFP/ITT as well as:

  • An understanding of networking, virtualization, cloud-based services & technology, legacy telephony, basic protocols, especially in a secure environment, call control protocols such as SIP, and knowledge of multi-vendor services.
  • Bid support when engaging and understanding the business needs of the client then defining the relevant technologies to meet the business needs and formulating the business needs and technology requirements into a written strategy followed by presenting and justifying the strategy to both technical and non-technical client teams and senior management.
  • Strong background in Cisco UC and Voice technologies

Looking for someone who can support bids from a Technical Architect point of view who can do multiple tasks and is happy to be onsite 3 days per week, with possible travel to other Southern based locations.
