Senior Web Developer (React) - Fully Remote

If you\’re an experienced React Web Engineer , ready to take on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract , and passionate about modern web development , we’d love to hear from you. Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (depending on expertise and experience). Fully remote work arrangement from anywhere in the UK. As a React Web Engineer , you will: Develop and maintain efficient web applications using React , TypeScript , and Tailwind CSS. Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Vitest, ensuring robust and reliable applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, user-friendly product, optimising for performance and scalability. Contribute to code reviews , CI/CD pipelines , and stay updated on emerging web technologies to drive innovation. At least 5 years of web development experience , with a strong track record of building and maintaining complex applications. Proficiency in React , including hooks, context API, and TypeScript . Expertise in modern web technologies, including Tailwind CSS , HTML5 , and CSS3. Strong experience with testing frameworks such as Vitest or Jest. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not essential. Fully remote, preferably in the UK, however other locations may be considered providing your written and spoken English skills are exceptional/fluent and you are eligible to work in the UK. Fully flexible working arrangements, but you will need to be willing to dedicate time outside of standard working hours during critical development phases leading up to launch. An experienced React Web Engineer, Frontend Developer, Web Application Developer, React.js Developer, or React Software Engineer who is excited about creating cutting-edge solutions and driving impactful projects in the FinTech space.
