Location: Bristol (Hybrid – office & remote) Working closely with software, hardware, and firmware teams, you’ll ensure clear system architecture, robust requirements, and well-defined acceptance criteria. Oversee system architecture and facilitate collaboration across engineering disciplines. Develop validation and testing strategies to ensure designs meet system requirements. Manage project execution, ensuring on-time delivery and effective risk mitigation. Improve processes and documentation, driving continuous improvement in system development. 5+ years of experience in system engineering or a related field. ~ Strong background in at least one engineering discipline (electronics, firmware, or software). ~ Bachelor\’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
