This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing private healthcare company focused on sleep and respiratory health. The company seeks a Customer Services Representative to join their friendly team.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday. This is intended to be a hybrid working role, with typically three office days and two remote working days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing outstanding customer service through phone and email.
  • Taking telephone orders and payments.
  • Processing returns and refunds.
  • Supporting the sleep test team with their processes.
  • Some general data entry / admin tasks as needed.

Essential skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and take ownership.
  • Self-motivated team player.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Can-do, positive attitude.
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience (office or retail).
