As a Lifeguard at our gym, you\βll hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and you\βre able to provide ongoing training records. You have bags of enthusiasm, a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Like us, you\βre passionate about great customer care β and you\βre a real team player.
As a Lifeguard, you will:
- Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities β the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
- Be attentive and alert at all times
- Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
- Welcome and support members when using the facilities
- Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
- Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
