For Companies My client is one of the leading suppliers to the MOT and garage equipment industry.
They now seek an additional person to join their after sales Technical Support team
Role:
- To provide technical support to end users re. their MOT and garage equipment
- Provide technical support via phone and remote access in a timely manner
- Resolve Bluetooth and WIFI issues
- Communicate effectively with the customers and other departments to ensure efficient technical support is provided.
Required:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good mechanical knowledge, car / equipment repairs
- Electrical knowledge
- MOT testing knowledge preferable
