The Opportunity
Are you passionate about hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking an enthusiastic and welcoming individual to join our team as a Hotel Receptionist.
As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing a warm and friendly welcome, ensuring a seamless check-in process, and assisting guests throughout their stay with any queries or requests. You will also handle incoming calls, make reservations, and provide guests with information about the hotel and local area.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be able to multitask and prioritize effectively and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should be computer literate and able to operate hotel reservation systems, possess a high level of attention to detail, and have a positive and professional attitude.

You should be highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize your workload. And should be able to handle a busy reception area, manage guest inquiries, and deal with any complaints effectively.
You will have prior experience working in a similar role, with knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems. They should have excellent computer skills and be proficient in using software such as MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
In addition, you should be able to work well under pressure, be flexible and adaptable to changes, and be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. They should also possess a passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
