What We Offer You

We are seeking experienced or aspiring Associates for our Search Funds. This role offers a unique opportunity to acquire or start new companies to expand our portfolio, or to become an Associate within an existing portfolio company. You will join an ambitious network with a dedicated Board of Directors comprising experienced founders, board members, and CEOs who have started, acquired, built, and exited various companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Building a world-class organization

• Defining and executing strategies to drive results across all functions
• Recruiting the right talent and fostering employee development
• Taking full responsibility for P&L and daily operations

What We Expect From You

• A strong work ethic with a sense of urgency
• Exceptional drive and desire to excel
• A proactive approach and ownership mindset
• Humility and a passion for building companies and developing people
• An interest in continuous learning and optimization
• At least a bachelor’s or master’s degree with excellent results
• Top-tier academic background, possibly with an MBA
• 3-7 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, startup, or established company
