Location: London (London, South East)

A high profile privately owned Developer urgently requires a Senior Land Manager to deliver on sites in London. The developer currently builds around 500 units a year, all high specification flats selling for around £1000 per sq. ft. Sites are generally acquired in zones 3–6 and will be consented or subject to planning. The developer is entrepreneurial; the successful applicant must also demonstrate entrepreneurial skills and abilities. The developer is very open‐minded, progressive, and ambitious. The Senior Land Manager will deliver site acquisitions to be built on.

Responsibilities will include site identification, acquisition, and taking the sites through planning and design stages. The right applicant will have experience and contacts in London to deliver sites quickly and have exposure in delivering sites that can contain 40 units and above (flats).
