A high profile privately owned Developer urgently requires a Senior Land Manager to deliver on sites in London. The developer is currently building around 500 units a year, all of which are high specification flats selling for around £1000 per sq. ft.
Sites are generally acquired in zones 3 – 6 and will be consented or subject to planning. The developer is very entrepreneurial, and the successful applicant will also demonstrate these skills and abilities.
They are a very open-minded, progressive, and ambitious Developer looking for a Senior Land Manager who can deliver on site acquisitions to be built on.
Responsibilities:
- Site identification and acquisition
- Taking the sites through planning and design stages
The right applicant will have experience and contacts in London to deliver sites quickly, with exposure to delivering sites that can contain 40 units and above (flats).
