Location: Central West LondonPay Rate: £20 – £23 per hour PAYEContract: Temporary (potential for extension)Hours: Full-time

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Accommodation Solutions Officer to support individuals and families in temporary accommodation, guiding them towards sustainable, long-term housing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Helping households move on – providing advice on housing options, including social housing, private rentals, and intermediate housing.
- Assessing accommodation suitability – ensuring placements meet statutory requirements and organisational policies.
- Liaising with key teams – working with procurement, contract management, social services, and legal teams to resolve housing issues.
- Supporting tenants – ensuring compliance with tenancy agreements, addressing anti-social behaviour, and making referrals for additional support.
- Handling urgent cases – responding to emergency transfers, managing complaints, and supporting enforcement actions where necessary.
- Monitoring and reporting – tracking housing applications, analysing move-on trends, and maintaining accurate records.
